NTU WIFI Setup Guide (NTUSECURE)

Connect to NTUSECURE campus WIFI with the official per device setup guides and fix common connection problems.

NTUSECURE is the main campus WIFI network at NTU. You sign in with your NTU network account and the official setup page has step by step guides for every device.

How to connect to NTU WIFI?

Open the WIFI Setup link above and follow the guide for your device. NTU provides instructions and profiles for Windows, macOS, iPhone, iPad and Android.

Sign in with your NTU network username and password. On some devices the username must be entered in full as username@student.main.ntu.edu.sg under Identity.

What if the WIFI is not connecting?

  • Check your NTU network password by signing in to another NTU portal. If it fails there too, use the Password Reset link.
  • Forget the network on your device then reconnect following the official setup guide.
  • Still stuck? Contact the IT Service Desk.

NTU Network Password Reset Guide

Reset or change your NTU network account password through the self service portal with a One Time PIN.

Your NTU network account signs you in to campus WIFI, NTULearn, GSLink, library databases and campus computers. If you forgot your password you can reset it yourself without emailing anyone.

How to reset a forgotten password

Open the Password Reset link above and choose the self service reset. You verify your date of birth then receive a One Time PIN on your mobile number or personal email to set a new password.

Office 365 password is separate

Your Microsoft Office 365 account password is not synced with your network account password. If you change one remember to change the other too.
