Apply for Hall
2 Jun - 22 Jun, by 5pm
Why apply for Hall?
Meet new friends from your hall to play Mahjong, go for supper runs, find clubbing buddies or relationships.
Which Hall to join?
You cannot choose your hall in Year 1 - only Year 2 onwards can choose.
Apply for Orientation
NTU has 3 types of orientation: Club, Hall and Faculty Orientation.
Why apply for Orientation?
Meet new friends and people in NTU and your course.
Which Orientation to join?
Join Club Orientation if you like fun. Join Hall Orientation if you stay in hall. Join Faculty Orientation to know more about your course and batchmates.
Matriculate using your Network Account
9 Jul - 14 Jul, 10am - 10pm
What is a Network Account?
Your Network Account logs you in to NTU portals - e.g. the portals on this website like NTU Learn.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
You don't get matriculated… just kidding. You can still matriculate 2 working days after creating your IT Network Account.
What to do after Matriculation?
You'll be able to see your class timetable on NTU STARS, most likely during your Faculty Orientation. Your modules are already preallocated - you can only change indexes or register for BDEs (extra electives). For more info, check your faculty's Suggested Course Load and your Degree Audit.
Download the NTU Omnibus app and NTU Pass
Get both from the App Store or Google Play Store.
What are they for?
NTU Omnibus checks NTU bus timings - useful if you stay in hall. NTU Pass lets you flash your student card for discounts and to access facilities around NTU.
Apply for Financial Aid & set up CareerAxis
Apply for Financial Aid and set up CareerAxis.
What is CareerAxis?
It's where you find jobs within NTU or internships (people these days can be really competitive… sigh).
